Human Resource, Finance & Administration

The Human Resource, Finance & Administrative Division of the Bureau of Statistics was established in 1994 by approval of the Board. The objective of this division is to ensure the development and implementation of administrative, personnel and financial policies and systems within the organisation. In order to achieve the outlined objectives, the division is divided into two functional sections:

Functions of the Human Resources Department


Recruitment and other establishment matters

Training and career development of staff

Review and improvement of all rules and procedures relating to staff benefits

Annual appraisal of members of staff

Preparation of Annual Budget for Department

Put Systems in place to ensure that the Bureau's policies are adhered to

Building and equipment

Communication
